Katie Mosehauer, executive director
Katie Mosehauer joined the Washington Appleseed staff in July 2009 and comes to Appleseed with a varied history of non-profit management. She has led political campaigns for environmental organizations across the country, assisted with Democratic field operations in the 2004 election cycle, led local grassroots campaigns for social justice, and has spent the last four years working with local arts and culture organization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with minor concentrations in gender studies and music performance from the University of Virginia.

Diana Stone, senior fellow
Attorney Diana Stone focuses her work in the areas of education, children, and low-income self-sufficiency. She has served on the Scholastic National Customer Advisory Board, Madison Children's Museum Board, and Seattle's First Book Board. As an attorney, Ms. Stone was a litigator at Lawton & Cates, S.C. in Madison, Wisconsin, practicing in the area of employment discrimination and personal injury law. Previously, Ms. Stone served as a legal aid attorney in California and authored a handbook on Pay Equity Law as an attorney at Equal Rights Advocates in San Francisco. Ms. Stone earned her A.B. from Harvard University and J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Alice Coday, fellow
Alice Coday is under contract with Washington Appleseed as a Project Manager for the Seattle King County Asset Building Collaborative. She comes to Washington Appleseed with extensive financial services and non-profit management work experience. Her professional experience also includes previously serving on the boards of several Chambers of Commerce, the board of the Washington Homeownership Center and the Auburn High School DECA Advisory Board. She was a founding contributor of both the Seattle/King County Coalition for Responsible Lending and the Seattle King County Asset Building Collaborative. She has an MBA in Management from Stephens College and is a graduate of Northwest Intermediate Banking School, Lewis & Clark College. She received the Foundations in Financial Planning Certification from the College for Financial Planning and holds a license in the State of Washington for Health and Life/Disability Insurance. Alice is passionate about using her diverse skills to help those who are less fortunate build and preserve assets.
