Washington Appleseed it proud to host law and policy students throughout the year. Appleseed fellowships offer students the opportunity to gain hands on experience in their profession and make a meaningful contribution in redressing important social justice issues.
Interested students should send a resume and cover letter to Katie@WaAppleseed.org. Please inculde the specific position you are interested in. Washington Appleseed will be accepting resumes for summer positions through March 1, 2012 and will be making offers for summer employment by Friday, March 17, 2012. Please note that at this time all fellowship positions are volunteer only, though Appleseed is happy to work with students to help secure funding through their individual universities to support their work.
Summer Legal Fellow (2 positions available)
The Summer Legal Fellow position is an excellent opportunity for law students to gain hands on experience working with Seattle’s top law firms and learn more about important social justice issues. Fellows work with Appleseed project teams to develop systemic responses to pressing local and national issues.
